The purpose of the Bay Area Conference is to support and adhere to the California Interscholastic Federation and North Coast Section rules and regulations. Our Constitution and Bylaws, in coordination with and support of CIF/NCS regulations, guide us in providing a safe, fair, and competitive environment for our student-athletes emphasizing good sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal integrity.
